Green Gardens Home Development Newspaper Ad (spec)
Challenge: To drive traffic to the Greengardens website and get prospects to register for more information.
Solution: The copy reassures prospects they can live within their means and still have an environmentally friendly home. In conjunction with an image of a model home representing the development, the copy paints a mental picture of what living in a green community would feel like, appealing to the prospects 2 primary considerations—cost and quality of life. A bright green was chosen in collaboration with designer Amber Strahl to capture attention and represent the environmental priority of the development.
